1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Javnic Solutions PVT. LTD. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, IT services, academy certifications, or applications related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Academy & Certifications

When enrolling in our Academy certification tracks, you agree to the following:

• Academic Integrity: All assessments, exams, and projects must be your own original work. Any violation of academic integrity may result in immediate suspension and revocation of certifications.
• Course Access: Access to digital materials is granted for the duration specified during enrollment. We reserve the right to update or modify course contents to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Certification Issuance: Certifications are awarded only upon successful completion of all required evaluations and compliance with the program standards.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

In preparation for our payment gateway integration, the following standard payment terms apply:

• Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
• Digital Goods (Academy): Given the nature of digital educational content, all sales for certification courses are final and non-refundable once course materials have been accessed, unless specifically mandated by local law.
• IT Services: Payments for custom software, web design, and IT architecture services are subject to the specific milestones and contracts agreed upon in the individual Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, course materials, IT service deliverables (prior to final handover as per SLA), and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means without authorization.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or our services.
